The board and management have just gathered on a beautiful autumn day at Vejlsøhus to focus on the organization’s future visions.

A lot is at stake in a time of shortage of qualified labour in several industries, companies that face barriers in relation to recruitment and retention of international labour, as well as young people who are outside education and the labour market.

Therefore, our close collaboration with the outside world – our operating agreement municipalities, local companies and educational institutions – is the very foundation of our vision work. It is precisely these collaborations and partnerships that will ensure that our efforts continue to support the labour market effectively.
