Reflection, community and new perspectives

In the beautiful surroundings of Vejlsøhus, management and employees from Sprogcenter Midt gathered for a joint day with presentations, dialogue and reflection on cooperation, working environment and future visions for Sprogcenter Midt.

It was both an inspiring and rewarding day, where John Harmsen from the morning set the framework with sharp points about, among other things:

🔸that job satisfaction is a potluck – where everyone contributes with their own “right”
🔸that a culture of “happy on purpose” is appropriate in the workplace – simply because it is contagious
🔸that you are not an inmate, but an employee
🔸that when we change our view of the conditions that work offers – and the energy (up to 75%) we spend on them – then the conditions can actually change
🔸That there is a reason why the windscreen is larger than the rear-view mirror – the gaze must be directed forward.
