Collaboration with Ikast-Brande Municipality on the project “Joint Effort for Foreign Workforce”

In 2025, we are fortunate to be working closely with Ikast-Brande Municipality on the project “Joint Effort for Foreign Workforce.” Jobcenter Ikast-Brande has received funding from the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment to support initiatives aimed at unemployed foreign workers. 👏

A key focus of this effort is improving Danish language skills, which plays an essential role in securing employment or gaining access to education. While the students are with us, we also support them in strengthening their CVs and application materials, gaining a better understanding of the Danish labour market, enhancing their awareness of workplace culture, and establishing internships or reaching out to potential employers.

This is a task we have collaborated on for some time, but now we have the opportunity to refine and strengthen it – together. 👏👏
