We have received the CSRpeople label from Jobtaskforce

At Sprogcenter Midt, we are proud to have received the CSRpeople label from Jobtaskforce. This label is awarded to companies that contribute to creating an inclusive job market with opportunities for everyone. It signifies that we are taking a leading role by:

• Demonstrating social responsibility towards individuals on the fringes of the job market
• Ensuring the well-being of all our employees and preventing absenteeism
• Making an effort to support vulnerable young people who need a helping hand to find direction

This can, for example, be done by offering small jobs and internships where people can develop and clarify their skills and resources, or by mentoring at-risk youth. Social responsibility also involves working to prevent absenteeism and ensuring that employees on sick leave remain in the workforce.
