How can Sprogcenter Midt help companies recruit qualified candidates for vacant positions and retain skilled employees? The issue has become particularly important now with the Ukrainian refugees. Most of them want to enter the labor market, but the majority do not have sufficient English skills to be able to enter the labor market directly.
Our experience is that we best solve the challenges through networking and cooperation between the job centres, the companies and the language centre. It requires coordination, ingenuity and testing new possibilities.
We have therefore, in collaboration with Jobcenter Horsens, set up an experience network for companies, where we can challenge each other and jointly take on the task. read more here
