Foreign labor force must learn Danish.

It is becoming increasingly clear to everyone that we cannot address the challenges of labor shortages without recruiting foreign labor. However, with this comes the responsibility to ensure that foreigners not only become part of the workforce but also an equal part of society.

And here, language and the ability to speak Danish become crucial!

At the Danish Forum in Torvehallerne in Vejle last week, Per Bonvig Christensen from the Reform Commission discussed their recommendations to strengthen Danish language teaching within companies. This, in fact, enhances the connection to the workplace and the local community for individuals, while also bolstering communication, collaboration, and teamwork within the company.
